Working in partnership with Kind Build and FBM Architects to provide a much needed 32 residential units, we were tasked to assist with material selection that both blended in with a tradition area but needed to stand proud on it’s own.

Adding areas of dogtooth brickwork to bring a stunning but simple and effective detail, we delivered the scheme to budget and the scheme has gone on to rightly win the 2024 Housing Design Awards amongst others.

Tony Radley, Project site manager for Kind Build simply said, “ what TFC bought to the scheme was a different idea that added real benefit but not cost. That is rare.”.
