The continuing development of Durham University bought the need for a New Teaching and Learning Centre right in the heart of the city and the shadow of the magnificent cathedral.

Utilising a number of warm but visually stunning materials from the same factory but manufactured with sustainability at its core by firing with biogas and electricity produced from wind power, the detail provided the scheme with the finishes that ran throughout the building.
