TFC was appointed to source and specify five distinct brick types for this intricate, space-restricted project. These included a buff and brown stock brick, a traditional London stock, a premium white glazed brick of the highest quality, as well as carefully selected reclaimed bricks to seamlessly match the existing party wall. The challenge was heightened by the site's extremely limited access and off-loading constraints, requiring precise coordination and planning.

In addition to the brickwork, TFC played a key role in the procurement and specification of brick-faced lintels and stone copings. We were responsible for identifying and coordinating with a suitable manufacturer capable of meeting the project's demanding schedule without compromising on quality.
