Lewisham Exchange is a striking split-level scheme comprising two architecturally distinct towers, rising to 20 and 35 storeys. The façade blends brick with complementary cladding in matching tones, accentuating the bold, vertical elements that define the silhouette of both buildings.

At ground level, the scheme introduces a generous new public square, thoughtfully designed to frame the entrance to Lewisham Station. This space enhances connectivity while offering a welcoming, open environment for residents, commuters, and the local community.

Developed by Redrow as part of their West Works initiative, Lewisham Exchange balances height, materiality, and urban integration - contributing a fresh identity to the evolving Lewisham town centre.
